full service management
An artist manager is someone who is involved in every aspect of the artist’s career. They are there every step of the way to help the artist make decisions and choose the right path in both the creative and business aspects of their career. There are many different styles of management, and the level of involvement and what is entailed changes and evolves with every stage of the artist's career. But, I would say that the “wagon wheel” approach to management best describes my personal, overall vision of what an artist manager should be.
If you picture the artist's career as a wagon wheel, the manager would be the center or “hub” of the wheel, and each branch of the artist’s team would represent a spoke (i.e., publishing, record label, touring, merchandising, etc). It’s the manager’s goal to keep all of these spokes in check with one another, because if all of them aren’t working together and getting equal attention, the wheel (simply put) just won’t turn.
I currently represent four artists full-time, but am always looking for up-and-coming bands to add to my roster. For more info on how to contact me about your music, visit the contact page.
